How is the X Platform™ different from a custom machine?

The frame, panel layout, PLC architecture and safety design are already engineered. We only engineer what's unique to your application — tooling, sensors and the process sequence — so it ships faster and costs less than a ground-up build.

Which controls platform does it use?

Allen-Bradley or Siemens — you choose the platform your maintenance team already supports.

Will it fit through our door?

The standard base is 36"W × 36"L × 72"H and fits through a standard doorway. The base is parametric, so longer parts can use a larger footprint such as 36" × 48" × 72".

Can X machines be linked into a line?

Yes. Every module shares the same footprint, pass-through geometry and controls language, so stations can be lined up into a multi-step line and added or swapped as volume and products change.

When do I need a custom machine instead?

Unusual part geometries, aggressive cycle times, specialized processes, or integration into existing lines with their own constraints. We'll tell you straight which one your application needs.
