Should I buy an XTest™ or a custom leak tester?

If your part fits a standard station footprint and cycle time, XTest™ is faster and less expensive. Robotic handling, multi-process cells or tight integration with an existing line usually call for a custom build. We'll recommend one after reviewing your part.

What can be added around the leak test?

Assembly, laser or paint marking, mark verification, robot pick-and-place, pass/fail sortation, conveyors, fume extraction and full test-data collection — all shown in our case studies.

How long do leak test projects take?

Our recent leak test machines were delivered in 16 and 18 weeks as turnkey projects. Standard XTest™ machines are designed to ship faster.
