Why we machine our own parts
Waiting on outside shops adds weeks and makes every design change expensive. In 2023 we added an in-house machine shop so tooling, fixtures and machine components are made where the machines are built.
What it means for your project
- Shorter lead times — parts are made on our schedule, not a vendor's
- Better tooling — nests and fixtures are refined at the machine, not over email
- Faster changes — new part models and quick-change tooling are turned around quickly
- Spare parts — replacement tooling is made from our own drawings; order through the parts portal
